Visionary, Larnice Newman, (Director of JITA), has clearly heard God's voice commanding her to go out into the highways and byways "to feed His sheep". Larnice is determined to do God's will "now" because tomorrow is not promised to anyone. Described as an evangelist, prophetess, a disciple for Christ, faith-builder, believer of and in miracles, motivator, encourager, go-getter, obedient-one, giver from the heart, one who perseveres, initiator & accomplisher, these are just a few definitions of Larnice's nature. The bible tells us in Proverbs 29:18,"Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he."

The JITA vision was birth into Larnice's heart, soul and mind many years ago, and to this day, God has given her divine favor in all that she ask or touch. Larnice has proven the fact that when you go after the Lord's heart, He will give you what is in His hands. JITA wants everyone to know that "all" power resides in the hands of the Lord, and there is nothing too hard for God.

Jesus will only release that which He can trust you with and Larnice has been graced with many blessings in the sight of the Lord. Not everyone will receive the free gift of salvation offered by Jesus because not everyone wants to be saved. In these last and evil days, God is looking for willing vessels that will not compromise with His Word, and He is looking for faithful Kingdom builders. The corruption of sin has infiltrated this world and by the looks of things, nothing seems to be getting better. But thanks be unto God our heavenly Father who has given us dominion and authority over the works of the devil for JITA to boldly take a stand by going out evangelizing and assisting all that are in need. JITA desires for all to repent, turn away from their sins and be born again. There shall be a rapture soon. Will you be ready to meet Jesus?

"... The harvest is plenteious, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into this harvest." (Matthew 9:37-38). The JITA ministry shall flourish because God has placed an anointing and calling upon Larnice's life and nothing or no one shall separate the visionary from the vision. This is a time of harvest for God's Glory. Many seeds shall be planted by the JITA ministry and good fruit shall spring forth bringing all Glory and Honor to
